Juice Labs is a company that develops software for GPU virtualization and sharing. GPU stands for graphics processing unit, which is a specialized chip that can perform complex calculations faster than a CPU (central processing unit). GPU is often used for applications that require high-performance computing, such as graphics, gaming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Juice Labs' software enables users to access and share GPU resources over the network, without the need for expensive hardware upgrades or cloud infrastructure. Users can install Juice's software on their workstations or servers, and turn their GPUs into IP addresses that can be accessed remotely by any application host. This way, users can leverage the GPUs in their team's workstations, even when they are not in use, and pool and scale GPUs independently from CPUs, even between data centers.

Juice Labs claims that their software is the first-ever direct GPU-over-IP solution, which means that it manages the information flowing through the graphics and compute pipelines, and allows a new level of control and virtualization. Juice Labs says that their software can improve the efficiency, scalability, and utilization of GPU resources, and make accelerated computing as effortless and affordable as electricity.

Juice Labs was founded by Steve Golik (CEO) and Dean Beeler (CTO) in 2020. The company is based in San Francisco, California, and has a team of senior graphics and systems engineers. Juice Labs has received funding from investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Soma Capital, and others. The company also has a group of advisors and "friends of Juice" who support their mission.
